All About Dior’s Dream Skin Cushion

Winters are Happy Time for my Skin. No sweating, no fear of makeup cracking and no melting in result of crazy humid weather. During these blessed months I prefer to keep my skin free from excess makeup, and always try natural makeup looks to make most of the relaxed skin and natural rosy cheeks! Yes my cheeks are almost red during winters and I kinda like it 😀

As I am not a fan of BB or CC creams, so during my quest for something natural and hydrating for winters, I came across Dior Capture Totatle Dream Skin Cushion at Sephora. I love Dior and I am a big fan of Totale Capture Range so without doing any research I immediately purchased it.

The box came with one free refill which is very thoughtful of Dior. I opted for shade 020, and it perfectly matched my skin tone.

They say it’s a solution for uneven skin, Dullness, uneven texture and visible pores. yup! they are absolutely correct! It’s like very light weight and also contains Capture Totale treatment. You can use it over or under makeup or even alone. coverage is light but build able you can add more coverage by layering the product. It dries up dewy and very much hydrating. Packing is like a compact foundation and the cushion inside is covered with another lid which protects it from drying.

I like:

• The signature Dior Floral scent and natural finish
• Nice amount of SPF
• Dewy and hydrating texture
• Fills up pores without getting heavy
• Perfect for everyday use
• Better than many BB and CC creams
• Covers fine lines and dull spots beautifully

I don’t like:

• When it gets a bit greasy after few hours
• When it transfers on my glasses

You have to retouch after few hours in any case. Overall it’s a winner. One more thing I would love to mention that it’s a perfect product for long flights and traveling. You can sleep when it’s on and retouching makes you look more flawless instead of heaviness. Do try it and let us know 🙂
